Many Warhammer 40K fans are eagerly awaiting the BloodQuest movie from Exile-Films as much as I am. For those of you who don't know, Exile-Films is responsible for creating for the big screen, a fully animated, photo-realistic feature film based on the Warhammer Monthly comic, BloodQuest by Gordon Rennie, and Colin McNeil.

The folks at Exile-Films offered to interview me, which I of course, could not refuse. Many thanks to them for showing an interest in my work. This opened the door, so to speak, for me to discuss with the designers at Exile-Films the various hurdles they are experiencing in bringing BloodQuest to life. It was interesting to discover we've had similar difficulties in interpreting art from a graphic novel into the mediums that we use. I was amused to find that I wasn't the only one who had problems doucmenting the various ever-changing details on the armor of Leonatos:) More importantly, I could feel the sense of passion they have about bringing BloodQuest to life. It's great to know that the Exile-Films staff are also Warhammer 40K fans, and their enthuasism really shows!

If you haven't been to their website, then by all means please stop by. I'm sure you will be impressed what their sneak previews and updates on the progress on the BloodQuest movie.
